When praying over the year 2010, the above themes were quickened to me. These themes are based on the Hebrew year 5770, the Psalm of the year 110, and the number 10 for 2010.

YEAR OF THE EYE

RHEMA 1/02/10 A YEAR TO SEE & UNDERSTAND

HEARD: A year to see.

VISION: I saw a puzzle with a colored photo and it was in 4 sections. It all pulled together in one move as though the pieces were interlocked like a Rubik’s cube puzzle when the last side moves and everything is aligned.

HEARD: I want to see 2010 in a good light. Be encouraged. The other side, 3 dimensional. Perspective. How things change when put together correctly. New perspectives about subjects I have spoken. Enlighten. Wow in flight and freedom. Are you sure? Yes. This will establish you in those areas you did not understand.

The Hebrew year for 2010 is 5770 and that means to watch, or the eye.

I believe the initial birthing of trance visions will be given back to the body of Christ in 2010. These kind of vision was common in the first church as well as OT prophets. A “TEN” YEAR CYCLE
Often the Lord speaks in cycles, where He plants a seed in one year and then re-visits it with deeper meaning and impact in following years. There are many kinds of cycles, and one of them is a 10-year cycle. As I was praying over 2010 the Lord impressed me to look at Bob Jones’ Shepherd Rod 10 years ago. I was surprised to see his rhema was about the eye of God.

GOD SPEAKS THROUGH INSPIRED EYES
The Lord will be increasing each of the following “visual” gifts this year. This is a special year for you to get the porthole in your own life open to “hear” God through your eyes, because this is what He is doing in the corporate body for the year 2010. Every season He focuses on something special and it does not mean He will not do the same in other seasons, but when we understand a corporate season, we need to invest special time and advantage to pray into, study, ask Him and receive those opportunities when God is near. This year, consecrate your eyes and pursue receiving Godly visions! This year can become a foundation of vision gifts for you that will carry you through to promotions of increasing sight.

VOLUNTEERS IN HIS POWER

The quickened scripture for the Psalm of the year (110 for 2010) is verse three, where the words “power and womb” were impressed upon me. I have been looking forward to this scripture for many years. I believe this year the church will birth the first fruits of His power gifts. I believe they will be manifested through prayer.

Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your power; In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, You have the dew of Your youth.

Ps 110:1-7 NKJV
The LORD said to my Lord,” Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool." The LORD shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies! VISION 12/01/09: I saw the most beautiful angel. She had the most beautiful smile full of love. She was looking down at a little child that was very tiny still in the womb.

YEAR TO BIRTH

BABIES TO BE BIRTHED IN FULLNESS OF TIME

The Lord often speaks of the birthing process that takes place in our intercessions as we bring forth His Word onto the earth. As a people we are moving forward in our faith to bring His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Wherever there is faith and hope within our personal lives in trusting Him in our endeavors, He is furthering His kingdom in us: into the market place, in the church, in families, towns and nations. Birth your babies in 2010 and stand that they will not be stolen in Jesus Name!

1/02/10: Today I received a precious Word from the Lord. I needed to change my preferences to my new ITouch to text only in receiving my emails, in hopes that it would not truncate the messages and download only a partial amount. When I went to inJesus.com, I noticed they had automatically assigned me a password to that particular email address since I had not updated my profile with my own choice. It was a very precious password that I interpreted to be about singing over babies to be born in 9 months.

Then I saw that my Webmaster had added more upcoming QW posts to the pendings on line at inJesus and noticed that she named one of the WordPictures Courage 3. I laughed, because when I have more than one photo with the same name, I add a number at the end. She accidently put the number in the title, but this was the Lord! Here is the photo:



The word “wait” comes from a root Hebrew word about travailing in birth while waiting upon the Lord.

This was a strong Word because we had been praying over a family’s 3rd child, yet in the womb, that she would not be harmed, but fully developed and without any defect whatsoever. There was concern over that baby’s heart development. Read the scripture: And He shall strengthen your heart! Wait, I say on the Lord!

Ps 27:13-14 NKJV
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living. Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!

The Lord is saying that we are singing a song over our babies yet to be born. These songs are intercession that they will be birthed in full term 9 months and not early. They will be born in the fullness of time, fully formed. (#9 represents the fullness of 9 spiritual gifts and fullness of 9 fruits of Spirit).

WORD TO PONDER BIRTHING BABIES WITH SILVER LININGS 12/04/09
As you carry and finally birth your babies, release your faith and keep on going. Your shields of faith shall thwart the fiery darts of the enemy. Those clouds that seem so dark, are actually glistening with My promises of silver linings. Rays of hope pierce through as you look up and seek My face.

Come on babies, you can do it, you can, you can. Your slopes are gentle climbs as doors open and grant you access. I am unfurling grace over the unveiling of your destinies and goals. Keep on going, don’t give up. For I have launched you with momentum, stay steady on your course and you shall reach your goals.

PRECIOUS SIGN: Just as I finished typing the above Word to Ponder, I looked out my window and there was a beautiful and vivid rainbow in the field across from our house. Since I knew it was a precious Word of affirmation for all those who are birthing babies in this upcoming season, I opened our front door to get a better view. I smiled, because the only part of the rainbow that was showing was literally right in our window. All the rest was covered with clouds. When I got back to my chair, the rainbow was gone. His loving kisses are so dear.

YEAR OF LAW & PROTECTED REMNANT

NUMBER TEN FOR 2010

RHEMA 12/15/09 COWBOY DISCIPLINE LASSOS ARE CLOSE

Heard: I am not mad at you.

STRONG PARABLE: Today when I went onto Drudge to read the news, the following photo was at the top of the screen and it was very quickened to me. I have much rhema and visions about seeing cowboy angels being sent out to lasso those who are in need of God’s discipline, so they will learn to walk in His righteous ways. It was quickened to me for the year 2010, because the number ten represents the law, according to Don Kistler’s book on Hebrew numbers.



Heb 12:10-11 NKJV
For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

THE NUMBER TEN IN SCRIPTURE
As I pondered the number ten in the following scriptures the Lord opened my eyes to see that there was protection and blessing for a remnant in each theme. He was not saying that in 2010 we would see a manifestation of these scriptural examples literally come to the earth in 2010.

Rather these are a parable for us in the NT, that to the degree we separate ourselves from the world’s carnal influence and turn to the Lord instead, we too will be His protected and blessed remnant, even in times when the law’s of the natural and spiritual are heavy handed.

2 Cor 6:17-18 NKJV
Therefore "Come out from among them and be separate , says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you." 'I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the LORD Almighty."

NUMBER 10 IN SCRIPTURE AND THEIR REMNANTS

The 10 commandments (Ex 20:2-17; Deut 5:6-21)
Of all the commandments of following the law, they are all reduced to a remnant of two commandments, and that is love to love God and love our neighbors as ourselves. (Matt 22:40)

The 10 plagues of Egypt (Ex 9)
Israel was protected from half of the plagues of Egypt. The water turned to blood, the frogs, the lice, the boils and the locusts was loosed upon those in Egypt. However Israel was protected from the flies (Ex 8:21-23), the pestilence on the animals (Ex 9:2-5), the hail (Ex 9:25-26), the darkness (Ex 10:21-23) and the death of the firstborn (Ex 11:5-7)

The 10 righteous men who would have saved Sodom (Gen 18:32);
The remnant of Lot and family were saved from Sodom.

The 10 spies who entered the promised land (Num 14:6-9)
A remnant of Joshua and Caleb were allowed to posses the promised land.

The 10 times Israel tested God (Num 14:21-24)
A remnant of Moses, Joshua and Caleb and those under age did not test God 10 times. The remnant was allowed to enter into the promised land, except Moses.

The 10 servants of Gideon to tear down his father’s altar (Judg 6:27);
A remnant of his 10 servants were chosen from among his servants.

The 10 elders witnessed Boaz’ purchase (Ruth 4:2)
A remnant of 10 elders among many in Israel to be witnesses of his purchase.

The 10 virgins in the parable (Matt 25:1)
A remnant of only half of the virgins were allowed into the marriage supper.

The 10 pieces of silver (Luke 15:8)
A remnant of 9 pieces of silver were safe, one was lost and the widow searched for the one.

The 10 servants entrusted with 10 pounds (Luke 19:13). A remnant of 2 had a good return for their investment and were given promotion.

The 10 days' tribulation predicted for the church of Smyrna (Rev 2:10). This church was one of the 7 churches called to be overcomers.

RHEMA 12/30/09 THE AUTHORITY OF CIVIL LAW

RICK JOYNER: I heard Rick Joyner say on God TV that we need to make a distinction between civil authority and spiritual authority. He was saying the police and other law enforcement are ordained by God to carry weapons when they are on duty. And when they are not on duty, they are to pray. He said that Romans 13 is very clear about this.

Rom 13:1-7 NKJV
Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. 4 For he is God's minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. 5 Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience' sake. 6 For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God's ministers attending continually to this very thing. 7 Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.

Rom 13:1-7 AMP
LET EVERY person be loyally subject to the governing (civil) authorities. For there is no authority except from God {by His permission, His sanction}, and those that exist do so by God's appointment. {Prov 8:15.} 2 Therefore he who resists and sets himself up against the authorities resists what God has appointed and arranged {in divine order}. And those who resist will bring down judgment upon themselves {receiving the penalty due them}. 3 For civil authorities are not a terror to {people of} good conduct, but to {those of} bad behavior. Would you have no dread of him who is in authority? Then do what is right and you will receive his approval and commendation. 4 For he is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, {you should dread him and} be afraid, for he does not bear and wear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant to execute His wrath (punishment, vengeance) on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore one must be subject, not only to avoid God's wrath and escape punishment, but also as a matter of principle and for the sake of conscience. 6 For this same reason you pay taxes, for {the civil authorities} are official servants under God, devoting themselves to attending to this very service. 7 Render to all men their dues. {Pay} taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, and honor to whom honor is due.

I read the above scriptures on my new ITouch while he was speaking on this.

DIVINE PARABLE: The next day, which was New Year’s Eve I had a small auto accident and my license plate was torn off by another car. It could have been much worse, but wasn’t. To my recollection, I had not been in an accident since I was a teenager. After I reported it and was waiting for the police, I opened my ITouch to read the scriptures, and the same one about the police I had read the night before opened on the screen. This astounded me and I knew it was a Word from the Lord about 2010, as I had been praying for His Word.

Not only that, but only 10 minutes prior I had thanked the Lord for protecting my family from accidents and in midsentence a car didn’t see me when he was backing out of his driveway. He stopped just short of backing into me as I slowed down and had yet to finish my prayer hanging in midsentence. This scripture immediately came to me:

Isa 65:24 NKJV
It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear.

Continued: The next day of the New Year 2010, the nice police man hand delivered my license plate to our door. I had told him where it was, but I moved too slow to be able to dart out into traffic and retrieve it so I asked him if he could do it for me.

Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God's minister to you for good.

As I have pondered submitting to a year that might be heavy handed in law, I felt Roman 13 was a warning from the Lord to us all. The majority of the US population does not agree with the current administration taking matters into their own hand and not representing the people. We have been given our spiritual weapons of prayer, and our tangible weapons of our voices and our votes to change our government and laws. But until the antichrist is revealed and demanding vows to worship him instead of the Lord Jesus Christ, we must scripturally submit to the laws of our land. Daniel was a good example of being respectful to balance his faith in living in a pagan land, until he was backed into a corner and commanded by law to give allegiance to the king over the Lord.

It is also quickened to me that many Christian do not abide by the laws of the land in making their best efforts to follow speed limits and obey traffic signs. After living in the same home for 34 years on our normal route into town, recently they created a new STOP sign with banners on top of it to notice the change. Prior to the stop sign, they had a warning sign saying that a traffic sign had been changed. After so many years with the right to turn right without stopping, it is hard to get used to stopping. It was quickened to me that places were we had long term right of ways, are being taken away by new laws. This will not be easy adjustments and we must place ourselves in discipline to humbly submit to the law and make stronger commitments to pray for the administrations that are taking away these rights in Jesus Name.

PRAYER: Lord we pray that You will wake up USA and other nations to make righteous choices and vote for leaders who represent the heart-felt prayers of the righteous who are sincerely praying to You about our land, in Jesus Name. We ask that You will raise up an army of prayer warriors that will not stop or ever become weary... But that they will pursue and prevail in Jesus Name.

We also ask that You will supernaturally protect us and our loved ones from the curses of witchcraft this year, especially from accidents in Jesus Name. We speak the blood of Jesus Christ to protect each of us and our stuff as we submit to Your loving mercy and favor over our lives in Jesus Name.

Thank You Lord for the many opportunities we have this year to birth new vision gifts into our lives. Thank You for the opportunities to birth Your power gifts through prayer. Thank You for the opportunities to be humble unto the laws of the land as we prayerfully travail in birth to be delivered from Pharaoh’s oppression in Jesus Name.

The LORD has taken an oath and will not break his vow: "You are a priest forever in the line of Melchizedek." The Lord stands at your right hand to protect you.
