POEM OF INTERCESSION: RESCUE OUR PRODIGALS 2/02/07
Lord, so many are crying for lost loved ones,
Who are lost in the world of prodigal sons.
Let the tears that fall, having spent all our words,
Be powerful prayers for what has gone absurd.

With hearts that are torn and sometimes without hope
We yearn over our children and ask for more rope.
To rescue the wild ones, those who buck and kick
Send forth your lassoing angels to draw them back.

Let them hunger and thirst for the Words from heaven
Forsaking their sin, and lives filled with leaven.
Draw them to return, to Your truth that they know.
Do all it takes to rescue them in tow.

Luke 15:14,15, 17 NKJV
But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want... "But when he came to himself, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

COWBOYS ON THE MOVE
I had a lot of cowboy rhema this last month. Cowboys represent the hunter and fisher angels that are sent out to lasso prodigals and wild ones that were allowed enough rope to run, but then drawn back after a season of wrestlings.

Jer 16:16-18 NKJV
"Behold, I will send for many fishermen," says the LORD, "and they shall fish them; and afterward I will send for many hunters , and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. 17 For My eyes are on all their ways; they are not hidden from My face, nor is their iniquity hidden from My eyes.

RHEMA 7/12/09 WATERING THOSE ON THE WAY SIDE
HEARD: Another shift.

PIX: I saw a cowboy angel and he was putting the radiator cap back on, under a truck hood.

HEARD: Shame. Those guys are running out of time.

PIX: I saw a pointing hunting dog on top of a hitching post. There was no horse hitched to the post. My impression was that the dog had picked up the scent and was pointing in the direction of the missing horse.

HEARD: I need help. You are running out of time. Head strong. Let you do that.

PIX: I saw the bottom half of the cowboy angel coming in through a door. I saw his blue jeans and cowboy boots.

LASSOED FOR A PURPOSE 1/1/02
Beloved ones, for years you have cried for the prodigal children to come home, and cried to Me to shorten their ropes to keep them from running and I have heard your cries. And now angels dressed like cowboys have been sent on assignment. I have commissioned them with anointed lassos to not only bring home the prodigals who have spent their lives in the world, but I have shortened the rope for all of you. There are areas in your own lives where you have run from Me, and I have given you a lot of leeway. Throughout the years you have felt My slight tug of pressure and have not yielded. I have allowed you slack, even in your running, in places where you have striven with Me, run from Me, or dodged issues in which I have knocked upon your doors.

Suddenly without notice, there will come the sudden jerk of a lasso, as a cowboy does in hot pursuit of a wild runaway horse. The faster you run, the stronger you resist, you will find it to be the exact measure in which you feel the sudden and sharp jerk. This does not have to be a tug-of-war between us. Understand, that to the exact degree you wrestle with My will, will be the exact degree you shall feel the jerk. It will not be easy for you to kick against the pricks. You shall suddenly and quickly reap what you sow. This will help you discern areas where I am getting your attention, because your conduct will be given immediate feedback.

Remember a willing horse is reigned in by the slight tug at the reins, and finally a slight pressure at his side. As you humble yourselves, listen and comply, you shall feel My loving tug instead of the violent jerk of a lasso. And as you change your mindsets, your opinions and repent from your running, I will send you a second angel called, Grace. She will give you grace to chew the strong meat in your training process and this will help you understand what I am spotlighting in your lives. Grace will help bring you into balance in areas where you are out of control. In your humility and willingness to come into alignment with My Word, you shall know My grace in your lives in greater measures than you have ever known. You will feel My loving embrace as a warm hedging, where you shall know your boundaries and feel the great comfort of abiding in such a way that brings pleasure to My heart. As My Word says, I have hedged you behind and before, and laid My hand upon you. (Psa 139:5)

“O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my every thought when far away. You chart the path ahead of me and tell me where to stop and rest. Every moment you know where I am. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD. You both precede and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to know!

I can never escape from your spirit! I can never get away from your presence! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead, you are there. If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me. I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night-- but even in darkness I cannot hide from you. To you the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are both alike to you.

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous--and how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God! They are innumerable! I can't even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up in the morning, you are still with me!

O God, if only you would destroy the wicked! Get out of my life, you murderers! They blaspheme you; your enemies take your name in vain. O LORD, shouldn't I hate those who hate you? Shouldn't I despise those who resist you? Yes, I hate them with complete hatred, for your enemies are my enemies.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life.” (Psalms 139 NLT)

THE CATTLE DRIVE 1/06/10

Today the above post came out, having a lot of rhema in August about cowboy angels and I suddenly had a revelation. It caused my heart to rejoice as I suddenly saw a connection that I had not realized in 25 years!

In the early 1980’s, I had a vision where I was in heaven and Jesus was by my side. He was showing me a wild bull that was running freely and gracefully across the wilderness as fast as he could towards some goal. Then I looked in the distance behind him and saw a mass of cows all running as fast as they could, following the course of the bull.

When the bull slowed down, I suddenly realized I was inside this bull and it was me running. I stopped at a race track and the coaches reported to me about the condition of their runners on their team. One of them said he was happy to report that all of them were doing well except one and he pointed to him. I knew his name, and when I looked it up, it meant “Famous, Brilliant, Illuminated.”

REVELATION: I now see that the COWboy angels are assigned to the cattle drive, to help them get to the destination and stay with the herd. Cowboys keep the herd together and moving forward. When there are strays who wander off the path, they go after them and bring them back. When a baby cow gets lost or stuck, they rescue them. Cowboy angels continue to circle the herd day and night, to make sure that none are lost and all is well. Cowboys don’t shoot the cows, they are there to help them advance forward and stay with the herd.

A cattle drive is a journey in the wilderness, like a pilgrimage across country.

CONFIRMATION TAO’S VISION
Today the Cowboys on the Move post came out and Tao shared that it confirmed a vision he saw today.

Tao’s Vision (1/6/10): A man, in the likeness of a cowboy stood by my side. I pondered how I could preach the good news of Salvation to him. Then I saw on the other side of the road, a pastor was preaching to the crowds. I thought I didn't need to preach to him since this was the good chance for him to hear the Gospel. I saw this man turned his face towards the Pastor and listened to his message. The crowds were listening and obedient. When the pastor wanted them to read from the Book of Matthew, they immediately responded and read.

CONFIRMATION: Tonight I heard someone quote on GOD TV:
Psalm 84:5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, Whose heart is set on pilgrimage. 6 As they pass through the Valley of Baca, They make it a spring; The rain also covers it with pools. 7 They go from strength to strength; Each one appears before God in Zion.

PARABLES:
My grandson received his first pair of cowboy boots for Christmas. It was darling to watch his face as he put them on. He was insistent in trying to walk around in them, but they were wobbling at his ankles. Later, when he took them off, his Mom discovered he had a lot of paper wadded into the end of the toes! She pulled it out and they fit him perfectly.

A lady sent me an email saying she found some used cowboy boots after many years of not having anything new. She shops at GoodWill and she found them there and they fit her perfectly.

I had another man on my list say his prodigal son came home this week!

UPDATE 1/08/10 ON A PILGRIMAGE
I had posted a QW Class assignment and one of the class members shared that she felt 2010’s theme would be:

Pilgrimage and Intimacy
“Sandy, there are many definitions for the word pilgrimage, but the one I like is to be on a journey, as in a pilgrim's journey, to me it means we are sojourners in this land, we are here temporarily, but we are on our way to the Promised Land. As in Psalm 39:12, Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry, hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.

Psalm 84:5
Blessed are those whose strength is in you, who have set their hearts on pilgrimage.

1Chron 29:15 For we are stranger before thee, and sojourners, as were all our fathers, our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is none abiding.

Hebrews 12:22-24
But rather, you have come to Mount Zion, even to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to countless multitudes of angels in festal gathering,
And to the church (assembly) of the Firstborn who are registered {as citizens} in heaven, and to the God Who is Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous (the redeemed in heaven) who have been made perfect, And to Jesus, the Mediator (Go-between, Agent) of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood which speaks {of mercy}, a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel {which cried out for vengeance}. {Gen. 4:10.}

SANDY COMMENT: I felt what she said was a confirmation to my seeing a covered wagon last month. And now, I realize that this all fits together and we are on a cattle drive, in a race to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

RHEMA 8/18/10 ARMED IN HEAVENLY LIGHT
HEARD: On the edge. Are we set?

PIX: I saw a cowboy on foot, take the reigns of a horse and pull him/ drawing him forward. The horse was in a corral. I sensed that the horse was not very willing and had been too close to the edge and the cowboy angel had brought him to safety including putting him in a corral.

HEARD: Armed in heavenly light.

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

WORD TO PONDER: WARNED AND CORRALLED 8/18/10
For their own safety, I have lassoed and drawn those of My children who are too close to the edge in dangerous places. I have brought them back to the corral in preparation for what is coming. Let not the works of darkness catch you unaware. It is high time to wake up and cast off fellowship in dark places. Make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

Those whom have received My correction and are living godly, holy lives have put on the Lord Jesus Christ and I have dressed them in My armor of light, for they gladly dwell in My Light.

CONFIRMATION QUICKENED EYE GLANCE: I was praying over the above issues today as I was on the freeway. My eye fell on a billboard from Fred Meyer that said, Under armor. This house is protected.

CONFIRMATION 8/19/10 ARMED IN LIGHT
Someone sent me a personal Word today. In that Word he said that the assaults from the 2nd HEAVEN are being pushed back by ABBA and His Big Ole Holy Crushing FEET... Rejoice!

ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR of the Lion of the TRIBE of JESUS!

May the Father Hide you in the Anointing and give you the Armor of light!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SANDY COMMENTS: I was excited to receive these confirmations. Today there was a Word released where Bob Jones said that the Lion would roar over us starting Sept 10 of this new year.
